Frequently Asked Questions Do you allow dogs on site ? Yes. we allow most types or dogs, however we do not allow pitbulls, staffs, dobermans, rottweillers or any cross breed of this type. Whats the earliest I can arrive on site ? You can check in anytime after 11am late arrivals can check in at the bar untill midnight. Can I change the dates of my booking ? Yes. Call our office and we can do this over the phone (free) Do you allow very large tents on site ? This can be a problem as some tents are massive and will not fit onto a standard pitch. Please call our office and we will try to accomodate you if possible. Can I make a booking for my son and his friends to come on their own ? NO. Sorry we can not accept all male or all female bookings and persons under 18 are not allowed unacompanied by an adult. Can I put a gazebo next to my tent / caravan ? Yes. However there is a charge of £5 per night (pay on arrival) and we cannot guarantee this on bank holiday weekends as space can be limited. Can I pitch a small tent next to our tent / caravan ? Yes. However it is chargable as another unit and must be paid for when the booking is made (this includes tents used for storage) Can I book for just one night ? Yes. unless it is a bank holiday weekend and there is a minimum stay of 3 nights or more Can I add on extra nights when we arrive ? Yes. you can always stay longer if we are not allready fully booked How far is it to the town / beach ? Its approximately a 10 min walk to the town / beach (click on location to view a map) Can we use a charcoal BBQ ? Yes all types of BBQs are ok - NO CAMP FIRES ! Can we fish in the river ? Yes. a local or national licence is required for over 14s Can I use a generator ? NO. no type of generators are allowed. electric hook ups are available. Can I bring my large works van on site with me ? Yes/No ?? please call our office. the van will not be allowed next to the pitch but we may be able to store it for you. Are there power points in the ladies showers for hair dryers etc ? Yes. standard power points (free)
